Yes. Orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging.

No. We ship within the United States only.

Small parcels may ship to PO Boxes. Larger packages require a physical street address.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and components. Buyer pays return postage and a 15% restocking fee.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Do not use an incorrect item. A short video is helpful for quality issues.

Handmade glass may vary slightly in color, dimensions and appearance; this is normal.
